Magazines

A selection of Magazines that I've worked on. Not only the Covers but in some cases most of the content as well. I was also responsible for checking the quality of each of the images making sure they meet the required standards before going to print.

I spent some time on a couple of publications were I was required to oversee the magazine through as a whole product from concept, to design, and finally to a pre-press condition. My main areas were high-end, advanced photo retouching/manipulation, working with the Editor on the magazine layout/flow, and insuring the sections were ready for the printers. I selected most of the images for the magazine, ensuring that images matched the high standards required by the editor. I worked on fashion, hair and beauty, editorial layout, and pack-shots. I helped with some of the fashion shoots, particularly those that would be requiring photo-comping at a future date, to ensure that the final outcome would meet the desired requirements.
